Governance & Compliance, Consultant

Master Works is seeking a Governance & Compliance, Consultant to support the implementation and monitoring of governance and compliance frameworks, ensuring adherence to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls, and promoting effective risk management and compliance practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor governance and compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal controls.
  • Conduct compliance reviews, assessments, and risk evaluations.
  • Prepare compliance reports and support audit activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address compliance gaps and corrective actions.
  • Support awareness and training initiatives related to governance and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Law, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Governance, Compliance, Risk, or related areas.
  • Knowledge of governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills.
  • Arabic: Native
  • English: Fluent
