- Manageday-to-day operations of government programs and projects,monitorcontract performance, compliance,reporting, and invoicing. You willmaintaincontract records and respond to customer and vendor questions and requests. This role willinterface withinternal and external stakeholders. You willbe responsible fordefining, documenting, and following processes and procedures to manage vendor and customer relationships and procurement.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and project management skills,deep understanding of Federal government procurement, contract vehicles, FAR regulations,dynamic customer engagement and relationship management abilities, strong account management skills, and experience in the Human Capital Management and/orLearning & Development space.
- The role is a remote-based positionwith occasional travel.
What you'll do:
- Define,documentand develop processes and procedures to manage vendor and customer relationships, contracts, and procurement processes for federal clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for contractvehicle and contractsmanagement, inquiries, issue resolution, and quality assurance
- Manage and collaborate with key stakeholders to plan for contract renewals, assess client needs, meet with client leads to define final contract requirements and scope, and generate contracts.
- Perform contract administration tasks and contract closeout
- Track contract financials, budget, burn rate, forecast
- Identifyrisks to contract compliance and delivery and collaborate with theinternal teamto define and execute mitigation solutions
- Thoroughly review contractual documents for requirements, accuracy, acceptability, executability, and legal and administrative sufficiency
- Conduct research and define key requirements and howeSkillzcanleveragedifferent government contracting vehicles to offer its services andthe offeringsof its vendor partnerstothe government
- Maintain and work on updates to pricing schedules
- Develop tracking for contract renewals
SEWP-specific:
- Be responsible forperformance & efficiency ofSEWPprogram, orders, and contracts
- Serve as main point of contact for SEWP clients and internal resources assigned to facilitate SEWP order fulfillment and mitigate risksimpactingdelivery of order requests
- Managecreation/upkeep ofeSkillzSEWP client facing webpage on corporate website. Website includeseSkillzSEWP team contact information, downloadable versions of current price and ordering guides, link to SEWP contact information and online resources
- Oversees electronic channels and ticketing systems that log SEWP order requests received via SAM.gov, email, oreSkillzSEWP webpage
- Provide oversight & ensuresappropriate resourcesare assigned to intake SEWP orders and efficiently generate responsesthatmeetsubmissiondeadlines
- MaintaineSkillzSEWP pricing and ordering guides
- Performrequirementsidentification on received SEWP order requests to confirm how Contractor’s services align to SEWP order specifications
- Assignresponse/quote generation toeSkillzProposal Team. Ensures created quote follows SEWP procedures and policies
- Troubleshoot and remediateissues affecting the response submission
- GenerateandsubmitTechnology Refreshment Report to denote current offerings
- Maintain SEWP catalog pricing integrityof product pricing entriesto ensurequote submissions are compliant withSEWP’s pricing program regulations
- Reviewcontract details with Service Delivery Management tofacilitateproject team assignment and knowledge transfer
- Facilitate Sales to Services Transition call to informeSkillzServices Team of requested services and SEWP agency points of contact
- Conduct routine audit reviews and reporting of internal work processes and delivery channels dedicated to SEWP order processing
- Submitrequired SEWP reports and invoices, and CPARS evaluations in accordancetoSEWP procedures and policies
- Generate andsubmitquotesper SEWP policies and procedures
- Collaboratewith Accounting to validate SEWP fees and authorize payment
- Routinely meet with SEWP PMO for program feedback & improvement
- Attend SEWP training. Oversee SEWP team members attend training
- Monitorprogramactivityand track orderperformanceto ensurecommitted delivery datesareconsistentlymettomaintainan Excellent ratingstatusforSEWPcompliance andperformance ratings
- Drivecontinuous improvement forprocessefficiencies and resource allocation needs
- Identifyand interpret SEWP policy changes toadjust andrealign operational SOPsto ensureprogram complianceandhigh performanceratings are maintained
- Provide regular cadence ofprogramreporting andconductdebriefsto theeSkillzLeadership Team
- Perform a variety of contracts-related and projectoperationsadministrative tasks.
What you'll need:
- At least 2 years of experiencegenerating,reviewingand processingFederal government contracts with knowledge of FAR, Federal contracting lifecycle, and contract vehicles.
- Experience working with GSA MAS and SEWP contract vehicles
- Demonstrated experience on all contract types (FFP, T&M, etc.)
- Strong presentation, communication, documentation,organizationand consulting skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent ability to self-manage in a fast-paced environment with an ability to multi-task.
- Ability to think strategically and proactively recommend and collaboratively execute solutions with the team.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task; organize and prioritize multiple on-going projects
- Ability to plan and work flexibly to ensure deadlines aremetand any unexpected interruptions are dealt within a timely manner.
- Eligible and willing to obtain andmaintaina government clearance.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.

- Haveexperience working in Salesforce CRM.
- Have experiencewith NASA SEWP and/or GSA MAS contract vehicles.
