Senior / Assistant Manager, Facilities Projects (Healthcare)

Join a large healthcare organisation and take ownership of facilities development and infrastructure projects, from feasibility and planning through to project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage building, facilities and infrastructure projects from planning to completion

• Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimates, budgets and project schedules

• Develop concept plans for new facilities and improvement works

• Coordinate architectural drawings, building plans and technical documentation

• Provide design/project engineering support and technical advice

• Manage consultants, contractors and project stakeholders

• Ensure projects meet cost, timeline, quality and statutory requirements

• Maintain proper drawing, documentation and project records

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Building or related disciplines

Minimum 3 years' experience managing multidisciplinary building/facilities projects

Experience handling fast-paced / fast-track projects will be advantageous

Familiar with commercial drawing software

Strong project coordination, communication and organisational skills

Proactive and able to manage projects independently
