Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, performance, promotion and bonus exercises.
- Support and maintain HR systems, ensuring accurate employee data and system records.
- Review existing HR processes and identify opportunities to improve workflows and reduce manual work.
- Support the implementation of digital forms, automation initiatives and system enhancements.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards and data analysis to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation and user guides.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve HR processes and system efficiency.
- Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems or related disciplines.
- Experience in HR Operations, HR Systems, HRIS, HR Projects or Process Improvement is a plus.
