GP Clinic Assistant
Summary
Assists at a Singapore GP clinic with patient registration, government subsidy claims, cashiering, and basic triage using a clinic management system.
1. Familiar with Clinic Management System portal
2. Frontline customer service for registration, enquiries, and online appointments.
3. Cashiering and application of appropriate govt subsidy schemes (e.g.PG/MG/CHAS/MS) at point of payment.
4. Collate and prepare submissions for CHAS/Medisave and other relevant claims.
5. Process and dispense prescription accurately.
6. Facilitate lab specimen collection and arrange for relevant reviews, referral and appointments.
7. Triage and record patient’s vitals such as temperature, height, weight, symptoms, and allergies.
8. Chaperone doctor during consultation examination if required.
9. Participate in stock bi-annual inventory exercise.
10. Replenish and manage consumables and medication stock levels.
11. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Clinic Supervisor/Doctor.
