Job Description:

What are we looking for?

As a Global Process Owner Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the Global

Process Owner team in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of

critical business processes. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and

fast-paced environment while gaining valuable hands-on experience in process

management.


What will be your key responsibilities?

Business as Usual Activities:

Assist in the day-to-day operations of global processes, including data

analysis, reporting, and process documentation.

Provide support to process owners and stakeholders in addressing

process-related inquiries and issues.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for

optimization and suggesting solutions.

Continuous Improvement Initiatives:

Work on specific CI projects assigned by the Global Process Owner

team.

Conduct research and analysis to identify process inefficiencies and

opportunities for improvement.

Develop and implement process improvement plans, including process

redesign, automation, and standardization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful

implementation of CI initiatives.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, HR or IT.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Interest in process management and continuous improvement.

• Fluent English.
