About GAP
GAP is a transformative two-year programme designed to provide a structured and unique growth platform for aspiring young talents. The programme gives a holistic exploration through a blend of hands-on experience, personalized mentorship, and targeted professional development opportunities.
Ideal Candidate
- Individual who has a strong interest in building a career within the plantation and agribusiness landscape
- A recognised Bachelor’s Degree with a solid academic track record
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated leadership potential
- Active in academics & co-curriculars
- Fresh graduates or candidates with <2 years' working experience
- Minimum CGPA 3.5 / Second Class Upper (2:1) or equivalent
