The Corporate Services function, spanning Real Estate & Workplace, Sustainability/ESG, Insurance and Travel & Expense Management, has close ties with all the businesses, Finance, Procurement and IT to ensure that Marex sources the right goods, services and data, maintains controls and permissions around distribution, and apportions costs. Role Summary
This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated graduate to join a fast-paced Corporate Services function at Marex, a leading global financial markets infrastructure and services firm. Based in London (Hybrid) on a permanent contract, the Graduate Analyst will provide essential support across four disciplines — Real Estate & Workplace (REW), Sustainability/ESG, Insurance and Travel and Expense Management — gaining broad exposure to a complex, multi-jurisdictional business from day one. A strong desire to learn and be curious, with eagerness to get involved with the various businesses and teams, is essential. You will be process driven, analytical, and comfortable working across data, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities
Sustainability & ESG Data
- Getting hands-on experience with the full ESG reporting cycle, from data collection and validation through to analysis, commentary, and senior stakeholder reporting.
- Working with teams across property, finance, travel, procurement and operations to build a complete picture of the Group’s environmental and operational footprint.
- Exploring a wide range of ESG datasets, including facilities, utilities, business travel, suppliers, spend, headcount, vehicles, and other business activity data.
- Using sustainability reporting platforms and data tools to improve accuracy, streamline processes, and support audit-ready reporting.
- Helping translate complex data into clear insights, trends, and narrative for governance forums, sustainability updates, and management reporting.
- Supporting controls, documentation, and audit trails that strengthen confidence in the Group’s ESG reporting.
- Contributing fresh ideas to automation, process improvement, and the integration of new offices, acquisitions, and emerging reporting requirements.
Real Estate & Workplace Support
- Getting involved in the management of a global real estate and workplace portfolio, from lease data and key dates through to office planning, supplier coordination, and day-to-day operational support.
- Supporting lease administration by maintaining accurate records, tracking important milestones, and helping ensure the business has clear visibility of upcoming obligations and opportunities.
- Working with workplace, facilities, finance, procurement, and external partners to support smooth office operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Using real estate, workplace, and facilities systems to improve data quality, track contracts and suppliers, and support better portfolio decision-making.
- Assisting with budgets, purchase orders, invoice coding, and cost tracking to understand how workplace services are planned, controlled, and reported.
- Bringing a fresh perspective to process improvement, reporting, and coordination across the Real Estate & Workplace function.
Insurance Administration Support
- Getting involved in the coordination of global insurance renewal processes, supporting the collection of information, review of submissions, and preparation of renewal materials across key regions.
- Building an understanding of core insurance programmes, including financial lines, property, liability, cyber, travel, and other business-critical coverages.
- Maintaining accurate policy records, key date trackers, certificates, premium information, and broker correspondence to support effective governance and oversight.
- Working with brokers, insurers, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and business teams to help ensure insurance requirements are understood, documented, and managed effectively.
- Supporting the onboarding of new entities, offices, and acquisitions into the Group insurance framework, helping ensure coverage remains aligned with the evolving business.
- Assisting with data gathering, policy analysis, invoice coordination, claims administration, and management reporting across the insurance portfolio.
- Contributing fresh ideas to improve insurance tracking, documentation, renewal planning, and internal processes across the Group.
Travel and Expense Support
- Maintaining expense approval workflows and updating data within the Travel & Expense platform.
- Coordinating with the Travel Management Company on hotel rate loading.
- Ensuring bookings comply with policy and managing queries alongside the T&E Manager and Accounts Payable team.

Skills and Experience
- Educated to degree level, or equivalent, in a relevant discipline such as business, real estate, sustainability, finance, or a related field.
- No prior professional experience required; strong academic performance and a demonstrable interest in real estate, ESG, insurance, or corporate services is preferred.
- Self-motivated with strong analytical skills and confidence using data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools across a range of subject areas.
- A practical sense, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Problem solving skills along with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- A genuine curiosity about how a global business manages its real estate, sustainability, insurance, and travel and expense functions.
- Comfortable working in a regulated environment and keen to build an understanding of the risk and compliance requirements associated with it.
