Our Spark Something Graduate Sales Academy isn't your typical graduate scheme. From day one, you'll join one of our global event teams as a Business Development Manager, gaining real responsibility, hands-on experience and structured training to help you succeed.

You don't need previous sales experience. We're interested in your ambition, attitude and willingness to learn.

What you'll be doing

• Identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
• Speaking with senior decision-makers across a range of exciting industries.
• Selling exhibition and sponsorship opportunities for our international events.
• Managing your own sales pipeline and working towards sales targets.
• Collaborating with your team to deliver successful events.

What we're looking for

• A graduate from any degree discipline.
• Someone ambitious, motivated and eager to succeed.
• A confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people.
• Resilience, curiosity and a willingness to step outside your comfort zone.
• A proactive attitude and openness to learning and feedback.

No previous sales experience required!
