Build Your Global Career with a Market Leader

At Colas Ireland, part of the world‑renowned Bouygues Group, we don’t just build roads — we build careers, leaders, and opportunities that span the globe. With over 100 years of excellence and operations in 54 countries, we are a market leader in delivering innovative, sustainable infrastructure projects.

The Colas GPS Graduate Programme is a 2‑year, fully funded international journey for ambitious Civil Engineering graduates ready to work on cutting‑edge projects and fast‑track their careers.

What You’ll Get:

  • €37,500 starting salary plus potential performance bonus.
  • 3 rotations across 3 countries – 6 months in Ireland (Dublin, Galway, Ennis or Athlone) followed by 1.5 years international assignments.
  • Hands‑on responsibilities that put you at the heart of large‑scale projects.
  • Training, mentoring, and exposure to senior industry experts.
  • A guaranteed pathway to a full‑time role on completion.

Your Role:
From your first day, you’ll play a key part in managing site operations, tracking project milestones, and collaborating with teams to deliver world‑class infrastructure. Whether it’s bridges, high‑tech facilities, or iconic transport networks, you’ll work on projects that shape communities and make an impact.

This programme begins in Ireland and includes rotations across multiple EU countries. Applicants must reside in Ireland and be able to travel and work freely across the EU as part of the programme. Please note that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this programme.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Recent Civil Engineering graduates with a passion for infrastructure and sustainability.
  • Adaptable, curious problem‑solvers keen to embrace new cultures and challenges.
  • Fluent in English (other languages welcome) and willing to travel.

How It Works:
Start in Ireland for 6 months, then embark on 1.5 years fully funded international rotations — gaining invaluable global experience and joining a network of professionals across multiple continents.

This is your chance to join a market leader with a reputation for excellence, international mobility, and a commitment to developing future leaders.
