Graduate Commercial Assistant
The role
This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate commercial officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for someone eager to start their career in commercial. No prior experience is required, just a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.

The key objectives for this role are:
- Resolution of disputes, claims, and cash collection issues
- Embedding effective commercial governance and assurance across the sub-business group, project, and portfolio of projects
- Supporting the tender governance process for the sub-business group
Key accountabilities and responsibilities:
- Maximise commercial performance while managing business and project risk (pre and post-contract)
- Commercialisation of a sub-business group’s service offerings to support business growth and strategy
- Ensure compliance with relevant commercial and contracting policies
- Resolution of disputes, claims, and cash collection issues
- Embedding effective commercial governance and assurance across the sub-business group, project, and portfolio of projects
- Supporting the tender governance process for the sub-business group
- Promote and demonstrate safety leadership behaviours
- Always act ethically and with the utmost integrity
- Champion and promote the application of the financial management framework guidelines
- Champion and follow the relevant delegated authority and commercial/contracting policies

Expected:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
- Excellent communication skills, written, oral, and presentation
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise key tasks and solve problems for the team
- Strong use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
