This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing Tech business where you'll help build the systems that power key commercial decisions. You'll work on high-impact engineering projects, gaining exposure to data, analytics, and pricing functions while taking real ownership from day one.

THE COMPANY

Our client is a fast-growing tech business that has expanded significantly in recent years, launching new products and securing major strategic partnerships. As they continue to scale, they're investing heavily in their technology function and are looking for ambitious engineers who want to make a tangible impact within a collaborative and high-performing environment.

THE ROLE

• Build and maintain software solutions that support the deployment of pricing and data science models into production
• Develop scalable systems and pipelines that are reliable and operationally ready
• Work closely with engineering, analytics, and data teams to deliver business-critical projects
• Take ownership of solutions from design through to implementation in a fast-paced environment

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Commercial experience using Python or a similar programming language
• Strong academic background, ideally with a STEM degree
• Driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with a desire to take ownership of projects
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• Up to £44,000 base salary
• £600 annual learning and development budget

• Hybrid working model (4 days in office)
• Work abroad policy allowing up to one week per year overseas
