About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Health & Safety Graduates to join our teams in 2026. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in implementing and monitoring health and safety standards across diverse projects. You will work closely with experienced EHS professionals to ensure compliance with legislation, company policies, and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Support risk assessments, method statements, and safety audits on site.
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Participate in incident investigations and assist in corrective action plans.
  • Maintain accurate EHS documentation and reporting systems.
  • Promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness across all teams.
  • Liaise with project teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Contribute to training sessions and toolbox talks for site personnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or a related discipline ( NEBOSH/ IOSH etc)
  • Expected graduation between 2025 and 2026.
  • Knowledge of Healthy & Safety legislation and standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001 is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence positive safety behaviours.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with EHS management systems is a plus.
