Mō tēnei tūranga | About the role
At Yoobee Colleges, we're passionate about helping learners achieve meaningful career outcomes. As our Graduate Outcomes & Employer Engagement Coordinator, you'll play a key role in understanding what happens after graduation and ensuring we capture the real impact of our programmes.
You'll build relationships with graduates and employers across New Zealand, following up on employment outcomes, further study, and employer feedback. The insights you gather will help demonstrate learner success, support quality assurance and funding requirements, and inform continuous improvements across our programmes.
This is a varied role that combines relationship building, administration, data management, and reporting. If you enjoy connecting with people, uncovering meaningful stories, and turning information into valuable insights, we'd love to hear from you.
In this role you'll:
- Build relationships with graduates to understand their career journeys after study.
- Engage with employers to gather feedback on graduate capability and work readiness.
- Maintain accurate graduate outcome records across organisational systems.
- Analyse and report on graduate employment trends and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve tracking processes and response rates.
- Support organisational reporting for quality assurance and continuous improvement.
Mōu | About you
You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and isn't afraid to pick up the phone. You're naturally organised, comfortable working with data, and understand the importance of maintaining accurate information. Most importantly, you're curious—you enjoy uncovering outcomes, solving problems, and helping paint the bigger picture of learner success.
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in administration, customer service, learner support, alumni engagement, graduate outcomes, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence building rapport over the phone and through email.
- Experience working with CRM or database systems.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to analyse information and prepare clear reports.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
It would be a bonus if you also have:
- Experience in the tertiary education sector.
- Knowledge of graduate outcome reporting, TEC Educational Performance Indicators (EPIs), or NZQA quality assurance.
