About the Role:
The Graduate Engineer Trainee will support procurement, supplier coordination, inventory management, and supply chain operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to sourcing processes, supplier development, material planning, and logistics while building a strong foundation in aerospace supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in procurement activities including RFQ preparation, supplier follow-ups, and quotation analysis.
- Support material planning, inventory tracking, and order management activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and supply chain documentation.
- Assist in supplier performance monitoring and reporting.
- Support logistics coordination and material movement activities.
- Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Complete assigned training modules and projects within defined timelines.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Required:
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Basic understanding of supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred:
- Internship or academic project exposure in procurement, operations, supply chain, or manufacturing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and inventory management concepts.
- Strong interest in supply chain and operations management.
