Graduate Support Analyst

Manufacturing and distribution run on people who show up when something breaks. As a Junior Support Analyst, you'll be the first line: troubleshooting, documenting, and resolving issues for the customers who run their business on Syspro.

Requirements

What you'll do

• Log, triage, and resolve support tickets for Syspro ERP customers
• Reproduce issues, test fixes, and escalate what needs deeper technical input
• Build working knowledge of Syspro modules across finance, inventory, and production
• Turn repeat issues into knowledge-base articles that save the next analyst time

What you need

• A relevant diploma or degree, completed within the last two years
• Clear, patient communication, especially under pressure
• Curiosity about how ERP systems hold a business together
• No prior Syspro experience required. We'll train you
