We are looking for a Graduate Projects Manager to join our team in Jarrow on a permanent basis. You’ll project manage client Requirements throughout Manufacturing and Quality Records compilation and deliver essential project management tasks for the business whilst gaining valuable experience in project management.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Work closely with General Manager, Quality Manager, Production Manager, Quality Engineer(s) and Document Controller(s).
  • Monitor performance across all departments and report internally on a weekly basis
  • Prepare project progress reports for sharing externally with the customer
  • Undertake the management of special projects with input and support from team members
  • Gain insights into all tasks being performed across all departments through shadowing experienced team members and performing tasks that supplement the performance of the department
  • Attend client meetings and support the close out of actions from those meeting
  • Lead on continuous improvement activities to further the performance of the organisation

What You Will Bring

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to efficiently organise, prioritise, and coordinate tasks through to completion
  • Strong competence in writing and formatting reports and lists
  • Ability to organise data/documents to maintain traceability with good accuracy and attention to detail and experience of organising, formatting and analysing numerical datasets
  • Confident in working under limited supervision and in pressurised environments
