Graduate Software Developer

Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong programming fundamentals
• Experience with a language such as C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• Evidence of university, personal, internship, or placement projects
• A genuine interest in software engineering beyond coursework
• Ability to explain technical decisions and the reasoning behind them
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take ownership
• Ability to read code, solve problems, challenge assumptions, and critically assess solutions proposed by modern tools
• Experience with C#/.NET, React, Azure, SQL, or similar technologies would be useful, but is not essential

• Build production software from the outset
• Learn quickly, take on responsibility, and develop alongside experienced engineers
• Work collaboratively with engineers and engage with the commercial team and customers
