Graduate Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and curious Graduate Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Humatrix. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or early-career professional with 0–2 years of experience who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building impactful digital products. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining client-facing demos, websites, landing pages, campaign pages, product mockups, and internal tools. The position emphasizes hands-on learning, collaboration across teams, and the practical application of modern development practices—including AI-assisted coding and no-code platforms. You’ll work closely with marketing, design, operations, and external partners to transform business ideas into functional, user-centered digital solutions. Reporting to an Operations Lead, you’ll contribute to the evolution of Humatrix’s digital presence while growing your technical and problem-solving skills in a supportive, innovation-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, deploy, and maintain web applications, websites, landing pages, digital demos, and internal software solutions.
  • Support ongoing updates, maintenance, and enhancements to the Humatrix website and digital assets.
  • Build interactive client-facing product demos, prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and MVP-style solutions to support business development and product validation.
  • Create campaign pages, proposal demos, product mockups, and functional prototypes that clearly communicate business and technical concepts.
  • Translate business requirements, wireframes, and design concepts into working digital interfaces and applications.
  • Perform front-end development tasks including responsive layouts, styling, interactivity, and UI improvements.
  • Apply foundational UX and design principles such as visual hierarchy, accessibility, usability, mobile responsiveness, and consistency.
  • Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate prototyping, debugging, documentation, research, and code generation.
  • Utilize no-code and low-code platforms where appropriate to speed up development of demos, websites, and workflows.
  • Integrate APIs and third-party services to extend functionality across applications and systems.
  • Support automation workflows using tools like Make, Zapier, forms, databases, and productivity platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues with guidance from senior engineers or external partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Design, Operations, and Business—to deliver practical, scalable digital solutions.
  • Partner with external technical vendors to review deliverables, clarify requirements, support testing, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct technical and user-experience testing to identify bugs, usability gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, user guides, process notes, and internal best practices.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, AI tools, no-code platforms, and development trends to enhance delivery speed and product quality.
