Graduate Support Technician
Stellar Systems is a well-established Managed Services Provider with a significant and growing client base who is seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Support Technician to join our talented team.
To succeed in this role you will need to be self-motivated and have a keen interest in progressing your IT skills & career. An interest in learning is essential to progress in this position - ongoing training & mentoring will be provided to continually increase your exposure to key technologies required to progress in the IT industry.
This role is best suited to a recent graduate who is seeking to gain entry into the IT industry. However, we are also open to candidates with one to two years experience that are interested in making a move. The role is based at our modern office in Osborne Park.
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform hardware runups & configuration
Perform user account creation, termination and maintenance
Providing general IT support to our client base
Assist technicians with tasks under guidance as required
Involvement with the implementation of interesting ICT projects
Communicate effectively to other technical personnel and clients
Document all work performed within a ticketing system
The successful person will have:
IT Qualification or Certification
Demonstrate understanding / passion of ICT technologies
Desire for career progression within industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask and prioritise
Excellent customer service skills
Must be an Australian citizen or have permanent residency
A current Western Australian driver's license
Police clearance
