Graduate Trainee (Marketing and International Student Recruitment)
The Graduate Trainee (GT) Programme is a special management development programme for PSB Academy fresh graduates. Designed to give trainee hands-on experience, trainees are assigned duties and tasks that enable them to learn the different aspects of the business and interact with managers and the management team.
The programme entails a 1-year contract, with each department rotation every 3 to 6 months Below shows the opportunities available.
Role 1
- Department: Marketing, University Partnerships – Coventry University Marketing
Management Support
- Marketing team in developing creatives and/or campaigns for recruitment purposes
- Support Marketing team in the execution of said campaigns, and participation in recruitment and marketing events
- Work with external vendors on the production of assets and other marketing items
Student Profile Sourcing
- Work closely with Marketing, Admissions, Academic and Student Services team to source for student profiles that can be used in marketing materials
- Coordinate student interaction and involvement in marketing efforts
- Work closely with Marketing team for execution of deliverables involving student participation
Others
- Ensure all localized assets adhere to brand guidelines
- Work closely with Team to timely understand the needs of the market and achieve synergized branding objectives
Role 2
- Department: International Student Recruitment (China)
Assist Campus tours for Recruitment partners, Potential Students and Parents
- Work closely with stakeholders including In-country Representatives and Recruitment Agents to support their respective recruitment and marketing plans.
- Collaborate with cross functional departments including business units and recruitment team to achieve optimum enrolment outcomes.
- Attend to Chinese students queries via phone, email and/or face-to-face
- Participate in recruitment fairs/seminars/events
Job Requirements
- Degree Preferably in marketing, communications or business-related disciplines.
- Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills
- Strong English proficiency
- Detail Oriented
- Positive attitude, confident and resourceful
- Willingness to learn and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Team Player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of education market conditions
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Willing to support official events that may take place outside of standard office hours.
