Summary
A 1–2 year rotational training program for recent graduates to gain broad exposure across VFD Group’s businesses and develop leadership skills.
You should apply if you:
● Graduated within the last 0-2 years (any discipline - Finance, Economics, Law, STEM, and beyond)
● Have a minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) degree or equivalent
● Are energised by fast-paced, high stakes environments
● Show demonstrable leadership, initiative, or entrepreneurial thinking
● Are legally authorized to work in Nigeria
