Graduate Training Program Options:

Digital Strategist Development Program

Our Digital Strategists are the main connection point between CT and our clients. In this role, you will provide consultative sales and act as a strategist, rather than a sales person. You will advise clients on the best online marketing and e-commerce solutions for their business while building and maintaining key relationships. This program lasts 9 months and consists of three, 3-month rotations in the following departments:

• SEO Department (3 months)
• Web Design & Development Department (3 months)
• Account Management Department (3 months)

Upon successful completion of the program, graduates can find themselves in either an Account Manager position or a Digital Strategist position.

Online Marketing Development Program

We pride ourselves on our commitment to providing metrics-driven marketing services. If you are passionate about online marketing and would like to jump start your career in this exciting new field this is the program for you. The program lasts 12 months and consists of five rotations ranging from 1-3 months each:

• Link Building Strategy (3 months)
• Website Analysis (3 months)
• Content Production (1 months)
• Paid Search (2 months)
• Analytics Reporting (3 months)

Upon successful completion of the program graduates can find themselves in either a Reporting Manager or SEO Specialist Position.

Digital Producer Development Program

Web Media Producers are responsible for participating in the creative concept development as well as the technical scope of work requirements. Our Web Producers are tech geeks who can code yet also possess Trump like business acumen. They help plan the creative concepts and technical scope of work requirements for web projects and manage projects from inception to completion.

This program is ideal for graduates with a passion for web technology and a solid background in HTML/ CSS and Adobe Suite. This program lasts 12 months and consists of four, 3-month rotations in the following departments:

• Website Quality Assurance Testing (3 months)
• Front End Web Development or Web Design (3 months)
• Project Management (3 months)
• Account Management (3 months)

Upon successful completion of the program graduates can find themselves in very important roles:

• Assistant Web Development Manager
• Project Manager
• Web Designer
• Front End Web Developer
• Technical Account Manager/Web Producer
