Full Proposal Writing: Lead the narrative development, articulating problem statements, interventions, and impact. 4. Theory of Change (ToC) Design: Develop logical frameworks (LogFrames) and ToCs that clearly link activities to outcomes. 5. Budget Construction: Collaborate with finance to create accurate, competitive, and compliant proposal budgets. 6. Work Plan Creation: Design detailed implementation timelines, deliverables, and staffing plans. Compliance, Risk & Legal 7. Ensure proposals adhere to specific donor rules. 8. Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate reputational, financial, and operational risks associated with new funding. 9. Due Diligence Preparation: Compile and maintain organizational registrations, audit reports, and policies for rapid submission.
