Grant Project Manager - CU BUILD ESOL
JOB SUMMARY:
The Grant Project Manager for the English Learning Instruction: Building Capacity Through Design (CU BUILD ESOL) will work directly with the grant PI and Co-PIs to coordinate day-to-day operational duties and achieve grant goals and objectives. The Grant Project Manager serves as the liaison between Clemson University and area Public Schools, coordinating meetings with schools, teachers, and the Advisory Board. The Grant Project Manager also assists in gathering needs assessments and program assessments. Performs other duties as assigned.
JOB DUTIES:
30% - Daily Management:Pursues daily and weekly targets established by PI and Co-PI to enhance program goals and objectives.

25% - Research and Reporting:
Assists in data collection and manuscript development. Assists in gathering and drafting materials for the annual reports.

25% - Project Management:
Helps coordinate and facilitate meetings with grant personnel, including those with external constituents like the advisory board and the external evaluation team.

20% - Budget Tracking:
Works with the PI and the budget manager to monitor and track the project expenses.

Minimum Requirements:
A bachelor's degree and experience in education, management or business.
Preferred Requirements:
Master's Degree or Doctoral / Professional Degree in Education
Preferred Education Area:
Education, Literacy, or related field
Preferred Experience:
Ability to speak multiple languages, specifically Spanish

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:
Expected Salary Range
$57,700.00 - $80,800.00Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.
