Summary
This role develops, codes, tests, and documents grant applications, allocations, and reports for Montana's Office of Public Instruction, using a grants design tool and custom software to maintain an integrated education data collection system. It covers the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through analysis, design, and documentation.

Job Overview\: This position develops grant applications, allocations, and reports using a grants design tool and custom software solutions that enable the Office of Public Instruction (OPI) to facilitate and maintain an integrated data collection system. This position performs all aspects of software development, requirements gathering, analysis, design, coding, testing, and documentation for all assigned projects and programs.
