At Adecco Recruitment, we are currently looking for a Grants Financial Support Officer to join a prestigious international organization based in Lisbon.
If you have experience in financial administration, grant management, compliance, or project support, and you enjoy working in a structured and international environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What will you do?
Review and analyse financial documentation and reported costs related to grant agreements
Monitor compliance with contractual and financial requirements
Support the preparation and management of grant agreements
Review activity reports and supporting documentation
Assist with funding requests and financial follow-up processes
Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely execution of administrative and financial procedures
What are we looking for?
Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, Social Sciences or a related field
Previous experience in financial support, grants administration, project coordination, or similar roles
Strong analytical and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with international stakeholders
Good command of English

Gross monthly salary: ,145.58
Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00
Workplace: Lisbon (Cais do Sodré)
