Please note: This is a con t ract role based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role . Core Responsibilities Ensure accurate labeling of all packaging and building instructions in line with EU, APAC & US regulations and LEGO guidelines . Collaborate with our translation agency to provide translations of legal and marketing texts on graphic materials . Accountable for proofreading packaging, building instructions, and other graphic materials . Collect and prepare all relevant product and compliance information into briefings using master data from SAP, Product Safety Handbook, Corporate Quality, Corporate Legal Affairs, and Marketing . Coordinate the flow of legal and compliance information between internal and external stakeholders . Provide compliance guidance to stakeholders throughout the artwork development process . Manage relationships with key internal and external partners to ensure compliance requirements are met and con t i n uously improved . Play your part in our team succeeding Graphic Compliance Specialists support the LEGO Group by securing compliance and correct marking of all packaging and building instructions. This is done according to EU, APAC and US regulations as well as LEGO® Guidelines. As a team, we support the entire product development process by partnering with several other internal departments from development through to execution, with specialist knowledge and process optimization.
