Graphic Design Executive - Retail MNC/East/S$3400

A leading travel retail organisation is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Executive to support the development of in-store marketing materials across its retail network. This role is ideal for a design professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring promotional campaigns and brand experiences to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce in-store marketing materials, including posters, signages, promotional collateral, and event visuals.
• Develop creative concepts and artwork while ensuring brand consistency across all retail touchpoints.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and support production for retail campaigns and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with operations, marketing, merchandising, vendors, and printers to ensure timely project execution.
• Support visual merchandising initiatives, store openings, refurbishments, promotional campaigns, and seasonal changeovers.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic retail environment.
• Assist with overnight or urgent promotional installations when required.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Creative Multimedia, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Lightroom).
• Experience in retail design, visual merchandising, signage, or print production is advantageous.
• Knowledge of 3D design software such as SketchUp or 3ds Max is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, print production, and branding principles.
• Organised, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
