OUR PROGRAM
At Weissman, we believe the next generation of talent is part of our legacy to the fashion industry. Our Summer Internship Program offers students meaningful, real-world experience inside a leading dance and performance apparel company. For more than 60 years, Weissman has brought creativity, innovation, and craftsmanship to the stage, translating inspiration from fashion, performance, and the runway into products worn by performers around the world.
Over 10 weeks, interns work alongside professionals across our business, contributing to real projects and gaining firsthand exposure to how ideas move from inspiration and concept through design, development, marketing, and ultimately into the hands of our customers. Along the way, interns participate in professional development, networking, and experiences designed to broaden their understanding of both the fashion industry and the business behind it.
We view our interns as more than summer team members. They are emerging professionals who will help shape what comes next. Our goal is to give them the experience, relationships, and opportunities to begin building careers of their own while bringing fresh perspectives and new ideas to ours.
