We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graphic Design & Lead Qualification Intern to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative work and communicating with potential clients, and who is looking to gain hands-on experience across marketing, design, and lead management.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads received through email, phone, and web forms.
- Conduct initial outreach to understand client requirements and assess lead suitability.
- Track lead volume, sources, conversion rates, and qualification status, and assist in preparing regular reports.
- Route qualified opportunities to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in the CRM system.
- Create digital assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, and presentations in line with brand guidelines.
- Resize advertisements and edit and optimise images.
- Assist with basic video editing and vector artwork.
Requirements
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar.
- Basic video-editing skills are an advantage.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
