Graphic Designer - Agri Business
Summary
Designs marketing and technical visuals for an agribusiness firm, turning complex agricultural data into clear print and digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite and motion graphics tools.
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality visual communication materials that support the company’s marketing, sales, branding, product communication, and corporate visibility objectives.
Key Responsibilities
A. Brand & Corporate Identity Management
- Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all communication materials
- Maintain consistency in typography, color schemes, layouts, and visual identity
- Support brand refresh initiatives where required
- Manage corporate templates (presentations, labels, brochures, catalogues, etc.)
B. Marketing & Sales Collateral Development
- Design brochures, product catalogues, flyers, banners, roll-up stands, POS, and promotional materials
- Develop technical product sheets and data sheets for irrigation systems, greenhouse structures, seeds, fertilizers, and other product lines
- Design visually engaging sales presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides)
- Create exhibition and trade fair branding materials
C. Digital & Multimedia Design
- Design content for:Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
Email marketing campaigns
Website banners and landing pages - Develop motion graphics, simple animations, and short promotional videos
- Create infographics explaining technical agricultural processes and solutions
- Optimize designs for desktop and mobile platforms
D. Technical & Product Visualization
- Translate drawings and technical specifications into customer-friendly visuals
- Develop 2D and 3D layouts and product illustrations
- Collaborate with agronomists, irrigation engineers, and product managers to ensure technical accuracy
- Support visualization of greenhouse projects and irrigation layouts
E. Internal Communication & Employer Branding
- Design internal newsletters, HR communication materials, and policy visuals
- Support employer branding initiatives
F. Vendor & Production Coordination
- Liaise with printing vendors to ensure high-quality output
- Oversee print production processes including proofing and color calibration
- Prepare print-ready artwork and manage specifications
- Ensure cost-effective production within approved budgets
G. Asset Management
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries (logos, images, templates)
- Ensure proper archiving of all design files
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Professional Certifications (Advantage) :Adobe Certified Professional (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign :Motion graphics certification :UI/UX certification (desirable)
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a corporate or agency environment
- Experience in agribusiness, engineering, manufacturing, or technical product marketing is highly desirable
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital work
Technical Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)After Effects / Premiere ProCanva (corporate template management)
- Working knowledge of:UI/UX principles,Basic HTML/CSS (advantage)
- Strong videography and photography production skills
- Good understanding of pre-press and print production processed.
