Amity Global Institute in Singapore is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about design and visual storytelling. You will play a key role in producing high-quality graphics and visual assets for marketing, communications, and academic-related initiatives, ensuring all designs align with Amity’s brand identity and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, posters, and digital assets.

• Create artwork for social media platforms, newsletters, and website content.

• Develop engaging visuals for events, campaigns, and promotional activities.

• Ensure all designs are consistent with Amity’s branding and style guidelines.

• Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to support campaigns and projects.

• Manage and maintain a library of design templates and assets for ongoing use.

• Stay updated on design trends and propose fresh ideas to enhance visual communications.

Academic Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in graphic design, multimedia, visual communications, or a related field.

Required Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design.

Required Skills & Abilities

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva (knowledge of video editing software is a plus).

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across print and digital platforms.

• Good eye for detail, layout, and typography.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines.

• Team player with good communication skills and a passion for creativity.

• Knowledge of both English and Chinese design adaptation (bilingual skills are an advantage to communicate with Chinese students/parents and stakeholders).
