Role Purpose

The role will support graphic design requests for Amazon, Shopify, and other OMNI channels across multiple brands. The designer will also work extensively with AI-assisted image creation, photo retouching, and general creative production. They will collaborate with other designers and cross-functional teams to support product, brand, and launch-related requests while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting established deadlines.

Who You Are

• Highly attentive to detail and capable of maintaining accuracy and quality when working with a large volume of images
• Comfortable working with both advanced image editing techniques and AI-powered creative tools
• You have a deep understanding of direct-to-consumer creative and how to develop cohesive brand experiences across all media, including print, digital, e-commerce banner design, product detail pages, Amazon, retail, and other customer-facing touchpoints.
• Positive mindset and ability to maintain a friendly, supportive team atmosphere
• Open to feedback and able to quickly iterate based on team input
• Experienced in e-commerce, digital marketing, or product-focused visual content creation
• Familiar with best practices in graphic design, typography, etc. and can fill gaps in this area when bandwidth permits or as needed.
• Highly attentive to typography, design details, and layout design

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visually compelling Amazon product listings that enhance brand presence and drive conversions.
• Create Amazon Premium A+ Content tailored for both desktop and mobile users, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
• Design Sponsored Brand Ads and Pay Per Click Ads that effectively communicate brand messaging and attract target audiences.
• Build and maintain Amazon Brand Store Pages and Brand Stories that are consistent with overall brand identity and optimized for user engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure design assets align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality designs within tight deadlines.

• Visual Quality & Brand Consistency - Consistently deliver high-quality visuals that align with brand guidelines, aesthetic standards, and marketing objectives.
• Production Speed & Efficiency -
  Complete visual assets within agreed timelines while maintaining high production standards.
• Collaboration & Feedback Implementation - Quickly incorporate feedback from the design and marketing teams and iterate on visuals when needed.

Tools & Systems

Creative: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator (+ familiarity with the rest of Creative Suite preferred) + Ai tools

Workflow: MS Teams, Monday, GoVisually

Accountability & Rhythm

• Daily: Teams and Monday updates, content reviews
• Weekly: Weekly Wins reports
• Quarterly: Winning Document review, retrospectives
