Graphic Designer — Events, Campaigns
Job Responsibilities
- Design marketing materials such as posters, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and event collaterals.
- Create artwork for carnival, corporate, community, and brand activation events.
- Assist in developing event concepts, themes, and visual presentations.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and production files.
- Work with the operations team to ensure designs are executed correctly during event setup.
- Support photo editing, content creation, and basic video editing when required.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and event materials.
- Assist with event proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations.
- Source design references, graphics, and visual assets.
- Handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Proficient in:Adobe IllustratorAdobe PhotoshopAdobe InDesignCanva
- Basic knowledge of:Premiere Pro or After Effects (advantage)Photography and videography (advantage)
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of print production and digital design.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to manage tight timelines, especially during event periods.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in event, exhibition, or advertising design.
- Ability to create mockups and simple 3D visualizations.
- Familiarity with social media content creation.
- Knowledge of AI design tools is a plus.
