Graphic Designer
Key Responsibilities
- Develop visual assets for training and communications, including:
- E-learning courses and digital learning materials
- Presentation decks
- Instructor-led training materials
- Job aids and reference guides
- Infographics
- Product and disease-state illustrations
- Video storyboards
- Translate complex medical and scientific content into clear, engaging visual design.
- Create layouts, illustrations, icons, diagrams, charts, infographics, and other visual assets.
- Apply strong principles of typography, color, composition, hierarchy, and information design.
- Develop and maintain visual styles, templates, and design systems across projects.
- Ensure materials are aligned with client brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and content developers to support learning goals and audience needs.
- Design for a range of formats, platforms, and screen sizes.
- Prepare files for digital delivery, presentation, print, and production.
- Incorporate feedback from clients, internal stakeholders, and medical, legal, and regulatory reviewers.
- Support quality assurance by checking visual consistency, accuracy, readability, and accessibility.
- Make client changes throughout the lifecycle of a project
- Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and revisions in a fast-paced agency environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Agency experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams) and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- A portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design experience.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical communications, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
- Experience creating digital learning or e-learning materials.
- Familiarity with Articulate 360, including Storyline 360 and/or Rise 360.
- Experience with animation, motion graphics, video editing, or interactive design.
- Familiarity with Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of accessibility principles, including Section 508 or WCAG guidelines.
- Experience working in a project management system (Wrike, Monday, etc)
Key Competencies
COMMUNICATION SKILLS- Highly skilled in writing, editing, and delivering oral and written information to accommodate many types of audiences
INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE - Prefer at least two years of experience designing for the pharmaceutical, medical products, or life sciences industries. Extensive knowledge of the following software: Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Word, and Photoshop).

organized, flexible, and high level of efficiency and attention to detail. Thrive and excel in a fast paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and numerous stakeholders

Working Conditions and Physical Effort:
- Work is normally performed in a typical interior/home office work environment
- 10% of travel may be required
