Graphic Designer
Key Responsibilities
1. Email Newsletter Design
Design high-converting email templates
Ensure brand consistency across campaigns
Optimize for desktop and mobile responsiveness
Collaborate with marketing/content teams
2. Screen Banner Design
Design on-screen banners, lower-thirds, tickers, and graphic overlays for broadcast/media screens
Deliver assets in PNG format to required screen resolutions/aspect ratios
Maintain visual consistency across recurring shows, segments, or programming
Turn around banners quickly for time-sensitive/breaking content
3. Logo Redrawing & Redesigning
Redraw/vectorize existing logos for clean, scalable use across formats
Refresh or redesign logos for sub-brands, shows, or campaigns as needed
Ensure logo files are properly organized and delivered in required formats (e.g., PNG, SVG, AI, EPS)
4. Social Media Creatives
Create visuals for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
Design posts, stories, ads, and campaign creatives
Adapt designs for different formats and audiences
Follow trends and improve engagement
5. Additional Responsibilities
Maintain and evolve brand identity
Support marketing with ad creatives and presentations
Deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
Requirements
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer
Strong portfolio (mandatory) — should include screen/broadcast graphics and logo work
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Experience redrawing/vectorizing logos in Illustrator
Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color
Working Format
Part-time engagement (flexible hours)
Fully Remote
Availability to overlap with US working hours is required
Success Metrics
Quality, consistency, and turnaround time of screen banners
Engagement on social media creatives
Performance of email campaigns (CTR, conversions)
Consistency and quality of branding (including logo work)
