Graphic Designer (Growth)

Create static and motion design assets for performance marketing channels, collaborate with Growth and 3D Artists, develop moodboards and storyboards, own projects from concept to completion, improve scalable design processes, and manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative static and motion design assets for performance marketing channels
• Collaborate with the Growth team on digital marketing projects
• Create moodboards, scamps, storyboards, and animatics to communicate ideas
• Own projects from concept to completion
• Contribute to design processes and improve scalability
• Manage multiple project deadlines

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a visual, brand, and/or motion designer
• Fluency in Japanese
• Experience with performance marketing and digital paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google App campaigns
• Conceptual thinking and communication skills
• Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience creating templates and scalable design solutions
• Familiarity with 3D modelling and animation with Cinema 4D
• Expertise in After Effects and Figma
• Knowledge of print, DOOH, OOH, display ads, and HTML5 formats
• Experience localising assets for different markets
