Job Summary

The Graphic Designer at HR MGMT 10, LLC is responsible for creating visually compelling, brand-aligned designs to support product development, packaging, and presentation initiatives within the R&D department. This role requires strong artistic ability, advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, and the ability to independently manage projects from concept to polished execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Design & Creative Execution

Develop original artwork, illustrations, and layouts for internal and external projects.
Translate broad concepts or rough ideas into clean, effective designs without step-by-step guidance.
Ensure all creative assets meet brand standards and align with business objectives.

Collaboration & Support

Work closely with the R&D team to visually support product development and packaging design needs.
Present design concepts and revisions effectively to stakeholders.
Contribute innovative and relevant creative ideas to elevate product presentation.

Project & Workflow Management

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Maintain organized files and documentation for all creative work.
Review and proof designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high quality.

Qualifications

Strong artistic and drawing skills, with an eye for layout, balance, and visual flow.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; Photoshop and additional design tools preferred.
Proven ability to interpret assignments, think creatively, and deliver polished, on-brand work.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful.

Preferred Skills and Attributes

Previous experience in a fast-paced design, creative, or product development environment.
Ability to bring fresh, unexpected, yet relevant ideas to projects.

Compensation & Classification

Salary Range: $52,000 – $62,400 annually, commensurate with experience.
