# Senior Graphic Designer

## About the Role

icreatives is seeking a talented and highly motivated **Senior Graphic Designer** to create thoughtful, on-brand visual experiences across print and digital channels. The ideal candidate combines strong creative thinking with technical design expertise, stays current with evolving design trends and technologies, and is motivated to push corporate design boundaries.

This role will translate strategy into compelling visual concepts, develop polished layouts, and collaborate with writers, strategists, developers, and project managers to deliver innovative projects from initial concept through final production.

## Key Responsibilities

* Create thoughtful, on-brand designs across print and digital channels.

* Translate strategic direction into strong visual concepts from early ideation through final production.

* Design clean, engaging layouts that balance creativity, clarity, and usability.

* Collaborate with writers, strategists, developers, and project managers to bring creative concepts to life.

* Stay current with design trends, tools, technologies, and production standards.

* Contribute creative ideas and help push corporate design boundaries.

* Deliver high-quality design work while maintaining strong attention to detail.

## Required Qualifications

### Experience

* 5–8 years of experience in digital and print design.

### Technical Skills

* Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Cloud**.

* Proficiency in **Figma**.

* Strong design and technical skills.

* Strong understanding of **color theory**.

### Skills & Competencies

* Excellent attention to detail and a strong visual eye.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

* Creative, driven, and passionate approach to design.

* Ability to stay up to date with design trends and technologies.

* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional creative and project teams.
