Graphic Designer (IN OFFICE)

The Graphic Designer develops creative concepts and produces high-quality print and digital marketing materials, including logos, brochures, and packaging, from initial concept through final production while ensuring accuracy, brand standards compliance, and on-time delivery. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, this position collaborates with the Creative Team and clients and manages multiple projects within design specifications, budgets, and company safety and confidentiality requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develops graphic design concepts by gathering information and materials from clients and a variety of other sources.

• Translates creative concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type hierarchy and style, and related aesthetic concepts.

• Obtains approval of concepts by submitting layouts for review to other Senior Design team members and then onto client for review.

• Prepares finished art files for print or digital media.

• Ensures projects are completed with high quality, accuracy and on schedule.

• Prioritizes and manages multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.

• Ensures operation of computer equipment and software by completing preventive maintenance requirements, follows manufacturer's instructions, troubleshoots malfunctions, reports needed repairs to manager.

• Actively contributes to a collaborative Creative Team environment by sharing ideas and expertise, providing and receiving constructive feedback and supporting team members in developing strong creative solutions.

• Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops, viewing webinars, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.

• Maintains excellent file handling and organization standards.

• Contributes to team effort by producing award-winning graphic designs that meet clients’ expectations.

• Duties performed in this job may require the handling of Protected Health Information or other confidential material. Therefore, the employee is required to follow all policies and procedures outlined in the company’s HIPAA related documentation and are subject to the defined sanctions in the event that they should inappropriately use or disclose confidential material.

• Follows all mandated safety protocols. Position Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design and production

• Associates degree or higher in graphic design

• A strong/ broad portfolio of professional and creative graphic design projects

• Experience executing marketing projects from concept to production, including logos, brochures, and packaging, for print and digital as well as web

• Outstanding technical skills using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite products, with proficiency in leveraging AI tools to support creative development, ideation, and design workflows.

• In-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, layout best practices, and brand standards compliance

• A creative mind with a problem-solving attitude along with a keen eye for detail

• Able to balance, multitask and oversee multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (Adobe Creative Suite).
