Key Responsibilities
- Design graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, banners, certificates, infographics, and other marketing materials.
- Assist in creating promotional creatives for campaigns, webinars, events, product launches, and internal communications.
- Follow brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design assets.
- Edit, resize, and optimize graphics for different digital platforms and devices.
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and video teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and revise designs as required.
- Prepare design files for both digital and print production.
- Organize and maintain creative assets, templates, and project files.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow organizational SOPs, approval workflows, and file management processes.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar graphic design tools.
- Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Creativity with strong visual storytelling skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
