Graphic Designer Internship (Chennai) Company: EdJAMON Job Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India Employment Type: Internship Experience Required: 1 - 2 years Salary: 60,000 per year EdJAMON is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing and creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, creativity, and the ability to create engaging designs for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, presentations, and promotional materials. Freshers with a robust portfolio and good knowledge of graphic design tools are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Create engaging graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and other digital platforms. Design social media posts, reels covers, carousels, banners, advertisements and promotional creatives. Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, posters and campaign creatives. Develop designs that follow EdJAMON's brand identity and visual guidelines. Work closely with the marketing and content team to understand campaign requirements. Convert concepts and content into visually appealing designs. Edit and enhance images, graphics and other visual assets. Create multiple creative variations for marketing campaigns and A/B testing. Maintain consistency in fonts, colours, layouts and overall brand presentation. Stay updated with current graphic design, social media and visual communication trends. Handle multiple design projects and deliver work within deadlines. Review designs carefully before publishing to ensure accuracy and quality. Required Skills Good knowledge of graphic design principles. Strong understanding of typography, colour, layout and composition. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledge of Canva is an advantage. Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is an added advantage. Creative thinking and strong attention to detail. Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to understand a design brief and convert ideas into visual content. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong willingness to learn and experiment with new design styles. Qualifications Diploma, Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field. Freshers with a strong portfolio can apply.
