The Graphic Designer – Residential Fire Global Communications & Government Relations plays a critical role in bringing that purpose to life visually across internal, external, and global-facing channels.
This role is responsible for developing high-quality, on-brand visual assets that support marketing communications, presentations, social media, events, and sales enablement. Working closely with brand, marketing, communications, regional teams and other stakeholders, the Graphic Designer ensures consistent and compelling visual storytelling across PowerPoint presentations, digital platforms, digital newsletters and print materials.
Key Responsibilities
Presentation Development
Create and maintain PowerPoint slide decks for internal and external audiences
Design PowerPoint templates and reusable slide framework
Develop custom presentation visuals for conferences, webinars, and events
Clean up and enhance existing decks for clarity and professionalism
Graphic Design & Visual Content
Design email headers, social media graphics, digital newsletters and digital banners
Create external flyers, social media posts, graphics for internal communications and PDF documents
Produce supplemental social media visuals for US & Canada
Support campaigns with branded creative assets
Image Sourcing & Asset Management
Source and manage original and stock images from Getty Images
Prepare visuals for PowerPoint and MarketScale video projects
Ensure licensing compliance and brand alignment
Upload images in the digital asset management system
International & Regional Support
Update Canada-specific flyers and other visual asset needs
Adapt designs across regions and languages
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of professional design experience
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced PowerPoint skills
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, and other programs
Proficiency with FIGMA
Strong attention to detail and collaboration skills.
Ability to translate concepts into visual designs
Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
