SUMMARY:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for continuously and consistently maintaining the company’s brand aesthetics, internally and externally. This position will play a critical role in aligning the look, tone, messaging, and feel of all communications from Little Creek Casino Resort and the Squaxin Island Tribe. Reporting directly to the Marketing Creative Manager, the scope of duties will include designing and producing artwork across all media platforms, resizing, and modifying existing artwork.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the design and development of all advertising materials for print, outdoor, web and social media, video, A/V, and in-house collateral such as posters, invites, direct mailers, menus, rack cards and logo design.
- Taking concept art and applying the design to numerous pieces of a campaign.
- Creative copywriting and editing.
- Protect the integrity and consistency of the Little Creek Casino Resort brand.
- Collaborate on photo/video shoots on and off property, support company events on and offsite (as needed) through either hands-on assistance or project deliverables.
- Organizing and archiving all design projects.
- Basic photography as needed.
- Effectively resize and repurpose branded content to fit and work within multiple platforms.
- Follow design templates as well as create original solutions.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all production and design work.
- Successfully take direction from both the Creative Marketing Manager and Marketing Director.
- Design projects while maintaining a superior design standard and on-time delivery.
- Research or communicate any needs to properly complete a project.
- Responsible for knowing all events in the property.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts and presentations.
- Create and design multimedia content for digital platforms, including motion graphics and video editing.
- Other duties as assigned.

S.I.G.E. TRIBAL - STATE COMPACT & ACCOUNTING & INTERNAL CONTROL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for Internal Control and Compact compliance regarding Casino Operations and ensure compliance with regulations of the Tribal Gaming Commission.
