In this role, you’ll work with management to develop promotions and bring them to life across a variety of channels—from window signs and billboards to social media and our mobile app. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, comfortable managing multiple projects, and experienced in graphic design and sign production.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop materials for electronic signs, window signs, billboards, pump toppers, drive-thru menu boards, social media, mobile apps, and other marketing channels.

  • Schedule and post promotions to social media and mobile apps as needed.

  • Coordinate projects with management and the printing department to make sure promotions are accurate, produced on time, and consistent with each business’s brand.

  • At least two years of experience in graphic design and sign production.

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Experience creating digital ads, email templates, brochures, and social media content.

  • Experience with vinyl cutting, digital printing, and screen printing.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively with team members and management.

Benefits

  • Performance review as early as 90 days, with annual reviews thereafter.

  • Health insurance available within 90 days of your start date.

  • Paid vacation.

  • Overtime pay for hours worked over 40 in a workweek.

  • Annual bonus based on store profits.
