We are looking for a Graphic Designer to provide ongoing design support to our Marketing and Employer Brand teams.

This is a part-time role with approximately 20–30 hours of work per month. The workload may vary depending on business needs.

We are looking for a practical designer who is comfortable working across different formats, can manage their own capacity, and independently organize the design process from the initial request through final delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Create visual materials for marketing, employer branding, and internal communications.
  • Design and update business presentations and decks using existing templates and brand guidelines.
  • Create graphics for social media, blog articles, campaigns, events, and other communication channels.
  • Prepare website and landing-page assets based on requirements.
  • Design print-ready materials, merchandise, and other branded assets.
  • Adapt existing designs and templates to different formats and communication needs.
  • Support seasonal and corporate communication campaigns.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in graphic, marketing, or visual communication design.
  • A strong and versatile portfolio that includes:
    • presentations or business decks;
    • social media and marketing graphics;
    • website or landing-page assets;
    • print or other branded materials.
  • Confident command of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or equivalent professional design tools.
  • Ability to work across different visual styles and adapt personal design preferences to an established brand.
  • Experience applying brand guidelines across multiple formats, including situations where the guidelines are not highly detailed.
  • Understanding of the requirements for digital and print-ready materials.
  • Strong attention to detail, including alignment, spacing, formatting, visual consistency, text, dates, names, and other content.
  • Ability to provide realistic estimates and proactively communicate progress, blockers, or delays.
  • Ability to clarify an incomplete request, structure the workflow, and guide stakeholders through the design process.
  • English at approximately B1–B2 level, sufficient to understand written briefs, comments, and English-language content.
  • Practical experience using AI tools in the design workflow and the ability to refine AI-generated materials into high-quality, brand-relevant outputs.

Nice-to-have skills

  • UI/UX design knowledge.
  • Experience creating or adapting website and landing-page materials.
  • Familiarity with Asana, Jira, or similar task-management tools.

What We Value

  • Clear and proactive communication.
  • Ownership and independence.
  • Reliable capacity and deadline management.

Engagement Format

  • Part-time freelance/contract cooperation.
  • Approximately 20–30 hours per month.
  • Flexible and potentially uneven workload: some months may be busier, while others may have limited design needs.
  • Most tasks will be planned, but occasional urgent requests or last-minute updates may arise.
  • The designer will collaborate primarily with the Marketing and Employer Brand teams, with occasional requests from other internal stakeholders.
