Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in producing visual content for both digital and print platforms, with a strong understanding of real estate marketing. Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging marketing materials including brochures, social media content, presentations, and digital ads.
  

• Create visual concepts that align with the company’s branding and real estate campaigns.
  

• Develop content for social media platforms, websites, and print materials.
  

• Collaborate with the marketing team and photographers/videographers to deliver consistent, high-quality visuals.
  

• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  

• Prepare final artwork for production and ensure quality control.

  Support the design needs of other departments as needed.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  

• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in real estate or a marketing agency.
  

• Portfolio showcasing relevant design projects (must be submitted with application).
  

• Knowledge of real estate trends and property marketing is a plus.
