Graphic Designer (Night Shift)
Summary
A graphic designer (night shift, 9pm–6am, on-site in Karachi) who owns and evolves the brand's visual identity — building Figma design systems, LinkedIn carousels, infographics, service pages, and pitch decks. Core tools: Figma (expert), Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop, with optional Gamma/motion work.
We are looking for a highly skilled Professional Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio and at least 3 years of experience in crafting Carousels, infographics, service pages, decks,
ad tiles. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding strategies to create our brand's visual identity on end to end basis. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for branding, and the ability to transform concepts into visuals, we want to hear from you!
- Maintain and evolve the Pendoah's visual identity system across all channels.
- Build and manage a scalable Figma
component library and design system.
- Design LinkedIn carousels, static
posts, and infographics from content briefs.
- Produce Gamma decks and Figma
assets that translate strategy into visual stories (optional).
- Design service pages, one-pagers,
pitch decks, and campaign visuals.
- Create reusable templates so
non-designers can produce on-brand content at speed.
- Manage version control and
handoffs within Figma.
Requirements
- 3+ years of brand and visual
design experience, preferably in B2B or tech.
- Expert-level Figma: components,
variants, auto layout, and design systems.
- Working knowledge of Adobe
Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Portfolio showing range across
brand identity, digital content, and marketing assets.
- Able to work around AI design tools if need be.
- Bold red, white, and grey. Angular
geometry. High contrast. Minimal text. Clean lines. Built for B2B executives.
- Our instinct is always to strip back until only the essential remains.
- Motion design or micro-animation
in Figma or After Effects.
- AI product design, dashboard UX,
or data visualization experience.
