Graphic Designer (Part-time)

Our client is looking for a Part-Time
Graphic Designer to support the marketing team with consistent, high-quality
visual content across social media, digital campaigns, event materials, and the
online learning platform. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing
Executive and report to the Marketing Manager, translating briefs into clean,
on-brand visuals that maintain client's professional healthcare identity.
This is an ideal role for a
designer who wants meaningful, steady part-time work with a fast-growing brand
— with potential to transition to full-time as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media graphics for
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms — posts, stories, reels
covers, and carousels
- Create visual assets for digital
ad campaigns — banners, display ads, promotional graphics
- Design event marketing materials —
flyers, posters, digital invitations, event branding collateral
- Produce course thumbnails,
promotional visuals, and career track graphics for the online learning platform
- Maintain and evolve our client's
visual brand identity — ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Adapt international campaign
visuals for GCC market materials as the company expands
- Support presentation design for
CEO and leadership team when needed
- Deliver assets on time according
to the monthly content calendar set by the Marketing Manager
Requirements
- 2–4 years of graphic design
experience with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative
Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma
- Experience with Canva for
quick-turnaround social media content
- Strong understanding of social
media design formats, dimensions, and platform-specific best practices
- Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or
education sector design experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently from
briefs with minimal revisions
- Reliable availability for 15–20
hours per week with consistent turnaround times
- Arabic typography skills — ability
to design bilingual (Arabic/English) content
